WHAT TO EXPECT
All available works have individual purchase buttons which provide specific details on each piece. A general rule of thumb is that:
- Framed pieces come in as-is frames chosen by the artist, which may include vintage, distressed, or natural finishes and patinas. Due to constantly changing inventory reframing work is unavailable. In most cases, there is little or no up-charge for framed pieces and should be considered a complimentary benefit provided by the artist.
-Unframed oil paintings come on stretched canvas or linen, canvas panel, or wood panel. These can vary in thicknesses, but all of those used by the artist fit in standard painting frames (except for those denoted as ‘cradled,’ which do not require a frame, or where otherwise noted. In rare cases, older, unframed pieces may show signs of edge wear from being previously housed in frames (unnoticeable once re-framed). In these cases, a discount has already been applied to the piece.
Unframed acrylic paintings on paper, canvas, or canvas panel ship with backing boards and in crystal clear bags. All packing materials are acid-free using high-quality artist materials.
